How to store the inhalent?
Each Inhalent lasts for upto a year and more when stored properly, make sure the cap is always airtight(keep it closed in dry place away from sunlight).

Sniff the aroma a few times every one hour. Sniffing the aroma before sleeping will help in sound sleep.
Close the cap immediately post usage as essential oils evaporate when left open.
