Did you know the most toxic chemicals are in the shampoos, conditioners that are available of the shelf. To name a few toxic chemicals - SLS's, Parabens, Sulphates, Polyethylene Glycols (PEG), Phthalates, Formaldehyde, Triclosan, Dimethicone, Retinyl palmitate etc , most of them are harmful to us and the aquatic channels & animals.
Also these chemicals are forever chemicals(which stay in our bloodstream forever) and cause hormone balances. The way to avoid these chemicals is to stop using them and shifting to age old method of cleaning by hair wash powders.
Our herbal hairwash powder is made of shikakai (A traditional Ayurvedic ingredient, is a mild cleanser for hair that has a naturally low pH), arappu (cleanser & conditioner), soapnut (cleanses & conditions) and other herbs like methi, green gram, channa dal etc there by thoroughly cleaning dirt from the scalp while nurturing the hair follicles, resulting in lustrous conditioned, healthy shiny hair, also cleans scalp without stripping the natural oils. Can be used daily to keep hair clean, strong, shiny and healthy.
Herbal hairwash can be used by all age groups and all hair types.
Care Instructions
Our products are all natural and does not contain any preservatives, stabilisers and fillers, they need your care and attention.
Store the products away from wet and damp places, and as soon as you recieve do transfer the contents into an airtight jar(screw lid jars) and use a dry spoon to scoop the product. Do not use wet spoon or wet hands. Alternatively you can place a sachet or two of silicon gel in the jar to keep moisture away.
Alternatively you can place the product packets in a big air tight box or any big cover and secure the ends tight and tranfer them at your ease.Usage Instructions
1. For Regular Use
Make a smooth paste of the hairwash powder by taking the desired quantity along with little water. Wet your hair,section your hair and apply the paste, massage and work on your hair and scalp for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse off with water.
2. For Oily Hair
If you have heavily oiled your hair repeat the above process two times.
Alternatively, you can use equal quantity of reetha powder along with the hairwash powder or use our reetha liquid to mix the hairwash powder and rinse off as mentioned above.
Please note, our product is free of harmful SLS, hence do not expect it to lather.Other activators that you can use for mixing the hairwash powder are rice water, curd, aloe vera gel, methi water and paste.
Packaging
It comes in a simple food grade paper cover with paper tapes and paper sticker label.
End of Life
Packaging - Can be sent for recycling or can be composted at home.
Product -The grey water can be used for plants or garden.
