Care Instructions
Our products are all natural and does not contain any preservatives, stabilisers, anti caking agents and fillers, they need your care and attention.
Store the products away from wet and damp places, and as soon as you recieve do transfer the contents into an airtight jar(with screw lid) and use a dry spoon to scoop the product. Do not use wet spoon or wet hands.

How to stop caking in Aloe vera gel powder?
Our aloe vera gel powder is freezed dried and has the tendency to attract moisture from the surrounding. Once moisture is absorbed it forms a lump or cake, storing it airtight is very important, always store the box in an airtight cover with ends secured to stop caking.

1. Why does it form a cake?
Freeze dried powders are very sensitive to moisture, they absorb the moisture easily and form cake.
For example - The instant coffee powders are also Freeze dried and forms a lump when not stored properly.
2. What to do with the lump?
If you dont see any mould or fungus, you can use it.
If you see a mould or fungus, add it to the compost bin or as manure to plants.
3. Is it safe to use lumped aleo vera gel?
Yes its safe if you dont see any mould, just break it and powder it and use as usual, remember to store it in airtight.
